This is Sugmy’s official Cancellation, Returns and Refund policy. Please read it carefully:

Cancellation Policy

Sugmy reserves the right to cancel the order even if they are accepted.

Can customers cancel the order? We do not accept cancellation requests for orders which are already in shipping. Once the order are handed to the shipping service, it is not possible to cancel it.

But customer can try to contact us within 3 hours from the time of placing the order. If the product is not already shipped, we will try to cancel the order from our side. But there is no guarantee on cancellation.

 In case of product/s that are specially sourced or made for the customer, the order will not be cancelled.

Return Policy

All our products including Attars, Essential oils and Soaps are non-returnable. Check the refund policy below:

Refund Policy

We accept refund requests from customers only in the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong product/s delivered
  • Order is not delivered within the promised time

Refund request can be made within 7 days of order delivered to customer. Customer needs to send order images or videos (opening the order package) on our email: contact@sugmys.com. We also require the receipt or proof of purchase for processing such requests.

Sugmy reserves the right to accept or deny the refund request.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our refund policy.

Customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a promotional or discount coupon has been used at the time of purchase, customer will be credited only for the final amount paid by the customer after using the coupon.

There will be no refund on any free gift items given by Sugmy.

If multiple items are ordered by the customer, refund will be only processed for the damaged or wrong items.

Refund amount will be calculated after removing the shipping cost, discount and free gift items.

This refund amount will be directly credited to the same payment method customer used for purchasing the order in the next 7-14 business days after the refund request is accepted. You can contact us after this time period if the refund amount is not received. Please also contact your bank before in such situations.
